Bridgewood is an award winning family run business that was established in 1983. Since our inception we have completed many successful projects in and around the London area and Southern England.
We are passionate about creating high quality homes that have been designed with our buyers in mind and meet the demands of modern day living. We put huge emphasis on exceeding expectations when it comes to the specification of our properties so that any new owner will be proud to call it their home.
We uphold the highest of standards when it comes to selling our homes and we are committed to providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process and beyond. All our new homes are registered with leading building warranty providers offering further assurance to our buyers of the quality of our workmanship and aftersales care.
We have a proven track record of acquiring sites and achieving planning permission for both housing and apartment schemes. We pride ourselves in building homes of individual character and on each project, we work closely with a highly skilled team of consultants to ensure our developments are designed to complement their environment and are delivered to the highest of standards.
When converting existing buildings, we endeavour to ensure that our design concepts and use of materials enhance and restore the original architectural style. Over the years we have undertaken many conversion projects and have created new homes within buildings ranging from former offices, schools and chapels.
We are highly adept at restoring dilapidated properties whether it be a single house or a Grade II listed building. We feel a great sense of achievement when bringing a new lease of life to a property that has gone unloved for many years. We are meticulous when it comes to retaining original features of listed buildings as it’s important to us to preserve the heritage of the property and create a unique place for people to live.

We are therefore extremely proud to be founder patrons of Unitas Youth Zone in Barnet which is a purpose-built youth centre for under privileged young people or those with disabilities. The centre offers a safe haven for youngsters to spend their leisure time and learn new skills that they may not otherwise have the ability to do when at home or at school.
